“Crazy coincidence that Bill Dallas (head of Pioneer Solutions Inc/United in Purpose) would be on a radio show and then be immediately followed by Chris Wilson (head of WPA Intel) on the same show. Right?https://t.co/OweKnZwZLQ. btw- WPA Intel works very closely with AggregateIQ.”— Chris Vickery (@VickerySec) April 13, 2018

Sister of AIQ employee lives in Moscow and is Russian Military veteran trained at “International Institute of Advertising”. ICO puts Aggregate IQ notice -Data Protection World Forum GDPR Report  S BY MICHAEL BAXTER “The UK’s privacy regulator, the ICO, has given a formal notice to a Canadian firm embroiled in questions over Vote Leave’s use of data during the EU Referendum.

Although most of the allegations aimed at how Aggregate IQ and the use of data relate to a period before May 25 this year and are not therefore potentially subject to a fine under GDPR, the ICO is reportedly concerned about how the data continues to be used.

Aggregate IQ was in fact paid by over £2.5 million by Vote Leave to help it target ads.

Vote Leave has been fined for the way it used personal data and the Electoral Commission said it broke the electoral law.

The entire saga occurred during the Brexit campaign almost two years before the GDPR became enforceable. But the ICO told the BBC that the “continued retention and processing” was concerning it.

Vote Leave’s campaign manager, Dominic Cummings once said of AggregateIQ and its role in the Brexit campaign: “We couldn’t have done it without them.” And AggregateIQ itself splashed those words over its website. That was before the issue of manipulating data to help influence a political campaign was brought to the public’s attention.

Facebook suspended AggregateIQ earlier this year.

Zack Massingham, the CEO of AggregateIQ once said: “When things are digital you can be more empirical and control the timing. The world of advertising agencies and PR companies were sure we had screwed up because they did not see what we were doing.” He said that Vote Leave won the referendum because it “appreciated and embraced technology”.”

Inside the Trump Bunker, With Days to Go Bloomberg Win or lose, the Republican candidate and his inner circle have built a direct marketing operation that could power a TV network—or finish off the GOP. and

Kushner, this official continued, “reached out to some Silicon Valley people who are kind of covert Trump fans and experts in digital marketing. They taught us about scaling. There’s really not that much of a difference between politics and regular marketing.”

When Bannon joined the campaign in August, Project Alamo’s data began shaping even more of Trump’s political and travel strategy—and especially his fundraising. Trump himself was an avid pupil. Parscale would sit with him on the plane to share the latest data on his mushrooming audience and the $230 million they’ve funneled into his campaign coffers. Today, housed across from a La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery along Interstate 410 in San Antonio, the digital nerve center of Trump’s operation encompasses more than 100 people, from European data scientists to gun-toting elderly call-center volunteers.

Yet neither Trump’s campaign nor the RNC has prioritized registering and mobilizing the 47 million eligible white voters without college degrees who are Trump’s most obvious source of new votes, as FiveThirtyEight analyst David Wasserman noted.

To compensate for this, Trump’s campaign has devised another strategy, which, not surprisingly, is negative. Instead of expanding the electorate, Bannon and his team are trying to shrink it. “We have three major Voter Suppression operations under way,” says a senior official. They’re aimed at three groups Clinton needs to win overwhelmingly: idealistic white liberals, young women, and African Americans. Trump’s invocation at the debate of Clinton’s WikiLeaks e-mails and support for the Trans-Pacific Partnership was designed to turn off Sanders supporters. The parade of women who say they were sexually assaulted by Bill Clinton and harassed or threatened by Hillary is meant to undermine her appeal to young women. And her 1996 suggestion that some African American males are “super predators” is the basis of a below-the-radar effort to discourage infrequent black voters from showing up at the polls—particularly in Florida. …Powered by Project Alamo and data supplied by the RNC and Cambridge Analytica, his team is spending $70 million a month, much of it to cultivate a universe of millions of fervent Trump supporters, many of them reached through Facebook. By Election Day, the campaign expects to have captured 12 million to 14 million e-mail addresses and contact information (including credit card numbers) for 2.5 million small-dollar donors, who together will have ponied up almost $275 million. “I wouldn’t have come aboard, even for Trump, if I hadn’t known they were building this massive Facebook and data engine,” says Bannon. “Facebook is what propelled Breitbart to a massive audience. We know its power.””

Clinton targeting started in 1996 during the Bob Dole campaign for President.

The great British Brexit robbery: how our democracy was hijacked The Guardian Carole Cadwalladr

This article is the subject of legal complaints on behalf of Cambridge Analytica LLC and SCL Elections Limited.

“In January 2013, a young American postgraduate was passing through London when she was called up by the boss of a firm where she’d previously interned. The company, SCL Elections, went on to be bought by Robert Mercer, a secretive hedge fund billionaire, renamed Cambridge Analytica, and achieved a certain notoriety as the data analytics firm that played a role in both Trump and Brexit campaigns. …

AggregateIQ holds the key to unravelling another complicated network of influence that Mercer has created. A source emailed me to say he had found that AggregateIQ’s address and telephone number corresponded to a company listed on Cambridge Analytica’s website as its overseas office: “SCL Canada”. A day later, that online reference vanished.

There had to be a connection between the two companies. Between the various Leave campaigns. Between the referendum and Mercer. It was too big a coincidence. But everyone – AggregateIQ, Cambridge Analytica, Leave.EU, Vote Leave – denied it. AggregateIQ had just been a short-term “contractor” to Cambridge Analytica. There was nothing to disprove this. We published the known facts. On 29 March, article 50 was triggered.”
