Wedtech, scandalous for No-Bid Crony Fraudulent Government Contracts-fraudulent minority ownership claims in Wedtech, that got small minority-owned businesses DOD contracts. Wedtech merged between John Mariotta, Founder as baby carriage mfg.,& new partner Fred Neuberger (white, majority stockholder). IPO shares to Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Sheinfeld for legal services, but they employed Rep. Biaggi (Bronx) & Rep. Garcia, jailed alongside MD Sen. C. Mitchell III & MD Sen. Michael Mitchell, James McKay was Special Independent Counsel presiding over the Wedtech Scandal. Wedtech got to Lyn Nofziger, Reagan’s press secretary, who got public liaison officer Elizabeth Dole, future Senator, to award $32 million in US Army contracts in a no-bid deal, Wedtech’s total government contracts were $250 million.
